Amanda Foster is CEO and Managing Partner at CloudWorx Capital, where she leads the firm's investment strategy and portfolio development across web3 and blockchain infrastructure. She co-founded the firm in 2021 with the conviction that seed-stage infrastructure companies were the most important and most under-served segment of the blockchain ecosystem. Prior to CloudWorx, Amanda spent over a decade in venture capital and technology investment banking, focused exclusively on frontier technologies including distributed systems and applied cryptography. She has served on the boards of multiple blockchain infrastructure companies and advised governments and multilateral institutions on digital asset regulation. Amanda's investment philosophy centers on technical depth and long-horizon thinking. She believes the most important blockchain companies are built before the narrative is obvious, and she is drawn to founders who demonstrate both cryptographic sophistication and an obsession with developer experience.
Isabelle Blanc
Principal
Isabelle Blanc leads deal sourcing and evaluation across DeFi infrastructure and layer-2 scaling protocols. Before joining CloudWorx, she was a research engineer at a leading zero-knowledge proof startup and previously worked in quantitative finance, bringing a uniquely rigorous analytical lens to on-chain protocol evaluation. She holds a master's degree in applied mathematics and has contributed to multiple open-source cryptography projects.
Ella Yamamoto

Ella Yamamoto focuses on developer tooling, cross-chain interoperability, and decentralized storage at CloudWorx. She joined after several years as a smart contract developer at a top-tier DeFi protocol, and brings hands-on technical credibility to the diligence process. Ella is a frequent speaker at blockchain developer conferences and maintains an active research blog on emerging layer-2 architectures.
